 3 Way Shipping

1. Impression Kit is sent via UPS. UPS DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. 
2. Send completed impressions and order form, spoons and unused putty to
    Custom Nail Solutions Headquarters using the enclosed UPS Return
    Shipping Label.
3. Once your impressions are received your custom fit nails are created and sent
    inside of your Maintenance Kit.  Your Maintenance Kit includes everything
    you need to apply, remove, and care for your nails. Instructions Included.
